My slide goes thump thump thump

Hi

I have the Apex Nano 193 BHS 2019. It's off of warranty May 2nd. The issue has been reported and noted but my service center is closed due to the virus.
I don't recall our slide making these thumping sounds shown on the video link below. I looked underneath the booth and don't see anything dragging or marking up the floor. Any ideas? I'll let the dealer do the work but I'm just wondering. Thanks

Have you conditioned your slide seal wipers yet?

Slide-Out noise

Similar situation with my 2016 3010DS when about 1 year old (that's about 30 minutes after the warranty expired". Found pieces of roller bearings underneath the slide. Turns out the "cam-follower" bearings had crushed under the load. Spec'd them out based on the numbers etched on the side of the unbroken ones and found they were "very light duty". Replaced them myself with heavy duty ones from McMaster Carr and since then, no problems.

Wasn't an easy fix, but doable if you have some mechanical skill-sets.

Good Luck!

YES! I think that was the issue. I reapplied both sides of the seal and now the seal fully deploys and I don't here or the see an issue inside.

This look ok?

It's taking it's time to flip out but it gets there.

What did you use on them? I use aerospace 303. It both protects from UV and conditions the rubber making it nice and soft. It's also safe for the vinyl and great for the rubber roof.

I used
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I really only used it once the way it needed to be done, lifting the wiper and coating the underside of the rubber and upper side too. I suspect another coat will make it work a little faster ..maybe a nice warm day will help too?

I also have a bottle of 303. I'm not sure I should mix the two. Maybe wait till it wears off a bit
