My Slide side seal has a rip

Hi

I have the Apex Nano 193 BHS 2019. It's off of warranty May 2nd. The issue has been reported and noted but my service center is closed due to the virus.
I also reported a thump in another thread. My slide side seal has a rip that's been reported. I'm just wondering ..if I had to do the work myself. is the top and sides one piece and how would I change that out. Most importantly, any idea what its being torn from? Possibly a loose screw?

thanks!

You have numerous options, other than your dealer, for warranty work.
You can use an independent RV shops or mobile RV tech. You just have to get pre-approval from FR and be willing to be reimbursed.
