Need to adjust slide

I recently purchased a 2015 Blue Ridge 3025rl, 3 hydraulic Lippert slides. One slide (13' refrig, stove, entertainment) has a 1 1/2" gap at the bottom (both ends) when retracted. The top is flush with the body. When the slide is extended, it is flush all around on the inside. I've cycled the slides in and out a number of times, but no improvement. I see a number of post that sort of addresses the issue, but none with photos or other illustrations. I'm a visual person....I need directions like: loosen "A" and tighten "B" after measuring "C". Any specific directions will be greatly appreciated.
