Nitro xlr slide out help

Unit is 2 year old, 2016 nitro xlr 305 and when living room slide is all the way out it seals but when I slide it in, the rear bottom is not flush and all 3 other sides are (meaning tops and other bottom.) this Just happened. And I hear a noise about 2 ft from sliding it all way out. Like a pop or slipping of gears, if this makes sense. Please help.

Well I cut into the underbelly, found the gear and jacked slide up.removed gear and it looks like from the factory someone tried to spot weld in the grove of the teeth to fill a small hole. . I grinding with a drimmel and realigned. Adjusted and no it is god to go.
