Pull out stuck

Rockwood 8280WS 5th Wheel living room slide moves out a few inches and then the gears grind and it won’t move further. It seems that one side moves more quickly. We have owned the unit 6+ years without issues. Any suggestions?

Does your RV have the thru-frame slide (gears under the floor) or does it have a Schwintek slide (gears on the sides)?

If it's a thru-frame slide it could be a sheared pin/bolt or it could be a stripped gear.
