Reengage drive

Hello, I have a 2017 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite. The kitchen slide won't open after I got home from the Dealer having warranty work done. I found that the manual drive was disengaged. Would this be the problem? I think got it back in place, but is there a pin missing, or something to keep in place? I'm scared to try to open it. Thanks for any input, since this is our first travel trailer. We've only had it for about 6 months.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I think I would take it back to the dealer and have them rectify the problem. Let the forum know what you find or how it gets fixed.

That's what we're going to do. If it was an easy fix, I could probably do it. Thanks!!!

Got power, the manual drive came detached. I have it in place, I think, but would to know what keeps it in place? Cotter pin? Set screw? Clamp? Or am I barking up the wrong tree? I don't know if that's what's causing the motor to not engage. I'm just going back to the dealer and let them deal with it. Thanks!
