Reinstall of interior slide out seal

Getting ready for a long trip in a week and today noticed a rubber seal on the floor next to the slide. This slide out is the living room couch and the seal has two notches for the slide out track. How can this be replaced?

You don't say what your rig is, but if its the bottom seal attached to the rig, that seal is used to keep dust and bugs out mainly. they are normally attached with glue and or staples to the floor structure. replacement might be best done at a RV shop. As long as the seal around the outside flange of your slide box is good that will keep out any water while traveling and the other side and upper seals will keep out water. I would not delay my trip for that seal replacement JMHO

I have a 2016 Forest River Georgetown 30X3, and the seal is on the interior. I can see the other seal on the right by the drivers seat. This seal is right next to the bathroom wall. It appears the only proper way to fix would be to remove the wood trim around the slide out. Not sure I want to do that and not even sure how to remove and I just bought this unit as a new motorhome in Jan. 2018.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
