rockwood mini lite 2503s slide problem

anyone have a rockwood mini lite 2503s, I purchased a new non current 2012, slide hasn't worked properly from day one, I have to move the slide in and out in order to get it to go out other wise it twist and only moves to the extended position after about 20 minutes of jogging the slide back and forth, usually need a second hand for some one to push the right side of the slide, this sometimes works. the trailer is level and running off electrical power, there appears to be 2 slide motors, each running the left and right side of the slide individually,, there is also a control box that says synchrous slide controller, because there is two motors they like to fight each other, anyone else have this kind of setup and what can I do to align it properly. i purchased the trailer from another dealer outside where i live, i don't think the dealer here will help me with my problem because i did not buy from him, that's the feeling i got so any help would be appreciated thankyou

Welcome to the forum!

From your description, it sounds like you have a Schwintek slide. Here's a link to info on that style of slide from Lippert Components... Schwintek Service and Warranty

I once had a problem with my slideout on my 2503S but my battery was bad. Saw the post and wanted to know if there is a way to manually put the slide in? Lets say the motor goes out and your in the middle of nowhere. thank you Brian

Brian, welcome to the forum.

The owner's manual for the Schwintek slide is selected from a drop down menu on the link I posted above. Manual override is covered.
