Rockwood slide not moving out, just clicking

Hello Everyone,

2023 Rockwood 2608BS with an intermittent issue with both my slides. Rack and pinion slides that won’t open, but just click. The same click you hear when the slide reaches its max. A half turn with the slide tool and they open. RV service shop adjusted slides but it still is happening. I am going back to the shop, but would like to know if anyone else has had this problem. Sounds to me like a low voltage issue.

Since both slides share the same intermittent problem, low voltage makes some sense. I have a single battery that shows 13.70 volts with shore power off. Trying to run the living room slide out it drops to 13.2 volts as the motor clicks trying to open. I read 11.75 volts at the motor as it clicks away under a load. When I go to turn the manual I have sheared off two cotter pins, and what works is I turn the manual at the same time my wife pushes the open button.

Looks like the actuator failed. Motor and actuator come as a unit and extended warranty replaced both on front and back slides.

It appears I may have same problem. Slide not moving just clicking on my Flagstaff EPro. Just pulled out of winter storage. You mind sharing what cost would have been with no extended warranty for motor and actuator?

Not sure on the price, extended warranty took care of it.
