Rockwood slide out help please

2005 2701ss above the floor slide, it's the 12' slide containing sofa and kitchen. It appears the outside wall is sinking or the floor is being pushed up. Doesnt appear the wall is attached to the floor. Haven't noticed any water damage and the slide still operates smoothly. Whatever is going on is causing the cabinets, counter tops, and ceiling to slope. Any advice?

My Rotwood Roo has a 12’ slideout with same issues. Pulled out my couch and lifted the carpet. Total rot top to bottom. Check floor under slide for softness.
