Rockwood slide problem

Hello,
I am hoping to get some encouragement with my Travel Trailer purchase. I am struggling to get 2 of my 4 slides to operate correctly. I am the owner of a 2017 Rockwood Ultra lite bunkhouse model. I just purchased this unit this March and I am the 1st owner. I had it serviced 2 times. Living room slide comes in faster on one end and the other end gets pulled in slower. The Right bunk slide will open but not straight. The top stays in about 9 inches and the bottom slides out completely. Any advise?. Thank you in advance.

It sounds like your slides are way out of alignment. I had a similar issue with my ‘14 Sabre. It was bad enough that all my slide seals were torn up as well as the window seals in the slide side windows. The work was beyond what my dealer could handle. FR took my fiver back to the factory twice to get it repaired. Knock on wood, they seem to be behaving since then. Get it fixed while under warranty.
