Slide a little noisier than usual

What could be the cause of this. My fifth wheel is only 4 months old and the slide mechanism on the large slide is noticeably noisier lately. When new it would slide very quiet. Now, it is much noisier and a little rougher. What could be the cause and what is the fix. Any help will be appreciated.

I would try lubricating the rack and pinion with a good quality dry lube spray.

If that fails you could be out of rig, but you would notice that I am sure.

If Herk's lube fix doesn't quiet things down, you might want to check and make sure the slide motor bolts/nuts are tight.
