I am new to forums. I have a 2018 39fk Riverstone. My front right kitchen slide is moving in very slowly. I noticed roller on outside is digging into bottom of the floor. The black covering is torn and wood is pulling of off the floor. Looks like might be chip board. Anyone have a fix for this?
Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. A pic would be good have to checked to see if the roller is actuating rolling? It may be stuck and tearing things up.

There were some recent threads on this and I believe the factory is suggesting some plates for under the rollers. A forum search may bring up the exact discussions.
