Slide leaking

Just a question. I returned home from a weekend trip. Parked the TT without leveling. Slide side higher. We had a huge rain storm blow through. We I entered the TT water had come in around the slide. Question: Is it normal for the slide to leak if not leveled. It has never leaked since we got it a month ago. I am almost certain it's because of the unlevel position that I left it in. And yes, we have had one such torrential downpour prior to this. The only difference was the TT was level on that occasion.

Did the water infiltration happen with the slide open or closed?
I can see it happening with the slide open, but if the slide was closed it should NEVER leak.

Hi,
Can you let us know the year, model and make of your trailer? Also we will need closeup pictures the full height of the slide to see if the seals are in contact with the side of the unit when closed. Also need pictures of the top corner of the seals with the slide open. The pictures will need to be in the sun so we can see detail without shadows. Post pictures of the side that leaks. 9 times out of 10, the seals are short or the slide needs adjusted.

I'm pretty sure I got it. Slide wasn't closed all the way.
