Slide noise problem

When pulling in living room slide out, about 2 feet from the end, a ratcheting noise is heard. This is not the normal ratcheting noise when at the stop end. The noise is about half as loud as the end noise telling me to stop. It is a rack and pinion gear slide. The bedroom slide does not do this. Anyone know what this noise may be and does it hurt to continue use the slide out. I have lubed the slide out and adjusted the up/down bolts. I have checked the slide gears and rack and see no damage or wear. On the inside floor where the slide comes in, is making marks on the floor. That is one reason why I adjusted the slide up. It was leaning a little unlevel. I adjusted to level. It was making the noise before the adjustment.

Might have something stuck under it. Mine scratched the tile floor.
