Slide on W&P misaligned ?

When I put the slide in to return home from tadpole rally, on my final walk around,I noticed the slide was tight in the front of trailer,but I could get my fingers in between the rubber seal and the wall.in the rear of slide.Thought about trying to run it out , and back, but did not, in case it got stuck. When we got home ,I ran it out, and back. It closed tight all the way around????
This is a pic of the drive gears in our slide.
What is a preferred lube for this type of slide mec ?
Are there two separate motors? Can they get out of time, with other?
Humm.... Ideas?

I have a 2014 roo. It has two motors and a motor drive that syncs them. Older models may not have this.

This is a. 13, where is this panel located on your W&P. ?

On my roo you can see and get to it when the slide is in. It's behind a cabinet behind the slide. But again mine is a rockwood roo.
