Slide only works on one side

I have a 2018 wildwood and I'm pretty new to this. The slide won't slide out and only one side moves. It's fully covered underneath and I don't know where to start. Any suggestions?

What model Wildwood do you have?

Do you know which slide unit you have? (Does it have racks on the sides of the slideout or does it have racks underneath the slideout?

I think the racks are underneath. It's out and I can see the bars with teeth on them underneath.
