slide out awning

I had awnings installed over the slide outs. BUT one of the awnings is coming loose at one end. I got on a ladder and tried to shove it into the groove but it did not work. Looks like it is coming out of the groove starting at one end. Anyone had to fix this problem?

Ended up taking trailer back to dealer. They will fix the awning over the slide out. Was told not to mess with it myself as the awning is under tension from a very strong spring. One of their customers was fooling with it himself and the awning snapped back and broke is wrist.

Got the 5er back and service manager says this has become a common problem.. The fabric shrinks and comes out at one end. Says they added fabric and screwed it in tight and should not have a further problem. But, the other 2?? Was a warranty fix.

I would check the other 2 and see if they fixed them also, if not, I would call and ask the dealer if he would also fix them as preventative measure.
