Angry Slide out bracket

We own a 2015 Salem Hemisphere 27 RLIS that has been nothing but problems since day one.
Latest problem is the bracket that holds one of the slide arms that moves the slide in and out has broke at a weld. Took it back to our dealer, dealer contacted Forest River who said it's not their problem it's Lippert (manufacturer of slide mechanism) we have been waiting for over a month with no result in sight. Have cancelled 2 trips so far.
Been in phone contact w dealer every week thus far who tells us they are just waiting for Lippert to get back to them and they proceed to tell us that our trailer is in bad shape (duh that's why we brought it in as soon we noticed the problem) Just seems like we are getting nowhere and it's just so frustrating. Why can't anyone stand by their product and do the right thing!!!! We bought the extended warranty which will be running out very shortly.
Any thoughts?

Try contacting Lippert yourself.

I'm not saying it's what's happening in your case, but we've heard more than once that the dealer is saying that the mfg. is dragging their feet when in fact the dealer has never contacted them, or has never followed up on their request for info.
