Slide out Bunk not working

We have a 2011 Salem Cruise Lite 271BHXL and we have the bunk beds that are in the slide in the back. Currently only the left side of the slide out will move. The right side will not move at all. We have located the switchboard and are getting the Motor #2 8 blinks. We've tried the manual override and nothing works. We have even unhooked the motors to try to manually push it out it doesn't seem to be releasing the motor brakes and the slide won't move. The slide is in and we can not get to the motor area because it is up against the wall. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And yes we have checked all the fuses.

I am assuming this is a Schwintek slide system. I would try pulling on the slide while someone else is running the control. It could be stuck and overloading the motor. You should be able to pull the slide out with motors disconnected.

You are correct we have a Schwintek In-Wall system and we have tried what you said several times...even with 5 people and the slide won't budge!

Have you swapped the motor connections a the controller to see if maybe the controller might be bad. I had bad wiring harness on nine. Wiggling it made the hall sensor (this tells the controller the motor is moving) work and make a connection.
