Slide out issue

My 2018 Sunseeker full wall slide operates very slowly, almost stops mid operation. Only one year old. Any others with this issue ? Suggestions? Also do you lubricate the rollers under the slide, and if so, what type product. Thanks for any info.

Mine says to either run the generator or be hooked up to shore power for slide operation. I have 305 watts solar and 2 group 31 bats and still put the slide out that way. Now if doing it that way, then maybe it needs some maintenance work done to it.
