Slide out issue 2015 Mirada 35BH

Hi new member here. Having a strange issue with the bunk slide out and was looking for some advice.

Slide out suddenly wouldn't retract. First issue we have had with them in 5 years. Checked the fuse, circuit breaker etc. Did some online research and found out about the Schwintek reset, press the button 6 times and hold, read the blinking lights. Blinks 9 times which says a "hall pwr to grnd" issue. Can't seem to find the issue. Able to reset the slide by unplugging the motors, performing the reset and bringing it in. Goes in, goes back out, then it dies again. Repeat. Can't seem to figure out where the issue lies, and was looking for advice before I spend money to have someone diagnose it.

Are they powergear or Lippert motors? Anyone know? I might need to reach out to them. Similar question does anyone know how to access the motors in that rear slide? Thank you!
