Slide out issues in 2018 26DBH

We have used our new 26DBH 3 times since we purchased it. We now cannot open the slide out. The motor isn't even making noise. It is plugged in and the breaker/fuses are ok. any thoughts of what I can check next?

The slideout has its own separate fuse.
It's usually somewhere under the slideout, along the frame.
Probably a 30 amp fuse.

Would it be additional to the one in the box? We have found a fuse labeled slide out but it is only 15amps. I will
Check though under it.
