Slide out moves in both directions
My 2016 Grey Wolf Limited slide out is stuck. Whether you select the in or out the slide out moves in separate direction. Any ideas?

Not really understanding the question. You are saying it moves in different directions but it is stuck. Can you clarify this more please.

When it first got stuck, I reset it according to the directions on the slide out control. Now whether you select in or out the slide moves in opposite directions of each other. One side goes in and the other side goes out.

Did you disconnect the battery(s)? It sounds like the polarity is reversed, like the battery cables got reversed.

Yup. Sounds like a switch polarity issue.
What did the reset directions actually have you do?

If I understand correctly, the OP is stating they did a reset on the slide controller and now one side of the slide moves in and the OTHER side moves out as they hold the switch. When they reverse the switch position, the side going out now comes in and vice versa.
Is this a Schwintek slide?

Well, I have had the battery for 5 yrs now, so I am going to go out and get a new one today to see if that fixes the issue. More updates to follow if that doesn't work. Fingers crossed

I had the same problem myself a couple of weeks ago. In the control box where you push the button 6 times and hold on the seventh there are two micro switches, one for each motor. They control the direction of the motors, make sure they are both in the same position, if they are not you now know what happens. Did the same thing myself, accidently moved one of them, moved the one back in place and all is well.

UPDATE: I have replaced the battery, I disconnected the connection to one side and then the other until I got the slide closed. But the same issue is still present. When I go to select the slide OUT only one side move out. The control box is flashing 8 red lights and 2 green. Which going by the controller it is saying there is a short between the controller and motor.

Yep that was a small part of my problem. Know after I reset the slide motors. The slide will
Open and one side suddenly stops.
