Slide out not closing all the way

I have a '12 Forest River w/ 2 slides, one on each side. One side seems to come in tight against the floor and will not close quiet all the way. The other slide comes in and there is about a half inch gap between the slide and the floor. Any ideas? This is a new to me TT and about to take on first trip.
Thanks

There are adjusting bolts underneath the slides.

FYI, when asking questions it’s always good to mention what brand of trailer you have, we all own a Forest River product. Forest River encompasses a huge number of trailer brands (Rockwood, Cardinal, Salem, Wildcat, etc., etc.) and not all are built the same way.
