Slide out not going out evenly

The bedroom slide out on my 2012 Sunseeker is not going out evenly thus causing the trim on the side that goes out the most to be forced inward if I let the slide go out till it stops. The rear slide goes out about an inch more than the front one. Any advice would really be appreciated. Thanks, Reg

What slide system is it?
Schwintek, Rack and Pinion, etc?
It also helps if you also posted the model number of your Sunseeker.
Then members can look your RV up.

I am pretty sure my slide system is a Schwintek. The RV is a 2012 Sunseeker 3120SD.

I looked at pics of a 2012 3120DS bedroom slide and I don't see the Schwintek upper and lower tracks on each side of the slide.
There is no such model number as a 3120SD.

Oh yeh, they are definitely there. The rails are thin aluminum. I've been doing lots of reading and it seems there is an upper and lower motor on each side but I could not find anything about how to make adjustments to sync the two sides and how to access the parts to adjust. Sorry, I got the letters in the model number reversed, it is a 3120DS

The slides only have 1 motor per side, on top, with a shaft to the lower gear.
They are designed to auto sync by holding the in or out switch after it's in or out all of the way.

In reading, it seems you have a Schwintec system. I have always been told and practiced; always extend the slide fully, never part of the way. And always retract the slide fully and never part of the way. By continuing to hold the switch at the end of the movement, you will hear the motors whine and then stop. Release the switch. This syncs the motors.

Check on the inside top of the slide and make sure nothing is on the top restricting the movement.

I don’t know if this will help, it's a video from grand design on syncing the motors. Make sure you watch it all the way through.

Correct!

Always extend fully and always retract fully. Never part of the way.
