When I moved the slide that has the kitchen, it went up as it went out, then came back down hard. It did go all the way out. Is something out of adjustment?
They normally have to rise up to go over the rollers or fixed slides in the Rig floor depending on the type of slide you have and then drop into position (some noise) to bring the floor back to level. If this is different then normal then have a tech look at it.
