Slide out Question- Please Help!!

I am attempting to manually extend my slide out and I cannot figure out how to do it? I have electricity disconnected and looked through all Lippert manuals but I cannot find mine. Attached is the 2 bolts that I have on my slide out. The bottom looks like some sort of brake that loosens very easily. The top will not move at all. The top looks like it is directly attached to the drive shaft. Any help would be appreciated!!

Thank you soo much

As dalford said let us know the make and model of the RV.
Also post more pics of any of the slide mechanisms you can. It will help us identify the slide model and be able to help with your question.
