Slide-out roof wear
This is the second season for our Coachmen Catalina 293RLDS and I’m noticing slide-out wear along the corner where the roof and side meet as shown in the picture. The wrinkly Eternabond tape at the slide-out front was the result of my unsuccessful attempt to cover the wrinkly factory tape. It is an electric Lippert thru frame slide.
I believe the slide is opening and closing normally with no alignment issues. The seal that rubs against the corner in the picture does seem to be pretty tight around the corner. The trailer has two slide-outs and the other corners show less wear along the corners.
Any ideas?
