Slide out support roller broken

Hi, I have a 2016 Forest River Sunseeker 2400W MBS. It has a full length slide.
There are three rollers on the underside of the slide out that help the slide roll in and out smoothly. On the roller closest to the Driver side cab door the screws that hold the roller bracket in place have come loose and the roller bracket has flipped so that the metal bracket is against the bottom of the slide instead of the roller. The slide will not retract. Has anybody experienced this issue with their slides? The RV is at a campsite when this happened and I need to get it to a shop. Called several mobile RV repair companies and none are able to get to it for 3 or 4 weeks. Any suggestions? How much weight do those rollers support? Can I jack up that side of the slide and remove the roller completely? Seems like a very cheap design, it looks like the roller bracket is held in place with two one inch wood screws.
