Slide Out Top Corner Wear

New to forum with a new to me 2017 Freedom Express 312BHDS. The top corners of my slide outs are wearing thin from contact with the wipers. I thought to pull some eternabond tape through the wipers and all the way to the end of the slide to cover wear and work as a wear pad. Also thought of putting some dicore non-sag on it. Really don't want to have to replace all my slide out roofs the week after I bought it!

Please advise, and thanks!

welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered you could add some eternabond or you might consider trimming the seal back a little to still wipe the water but without so much pressure on the slide box roof corners.
