Slide out will not retract but is not a power or battery issue

I have a 2014 Rockwood Mini LITE 2504S. My slide out was extended and I have had no issues. When I tried to retract both side begin to move about 3 to 4 inches. That's when one side stops and other keeps moving until it is apparent that it is uneven. I can then extend it back out. The controller is a Dual Motor Synchronous Velocity Slide Controller. I understand how to place it manual operation but I'm not sure of the exact process. Also this is the 2nd year I have owned the trailer so I am pretty green.

Is it 6 blinks or 9 blinks?

If it's the motor lead shorted it won't do any good to put it in override because that motor still won't run. If it's the hall sensor shorted then it should.

You're most likely going to need to buy a motor to controller harness unless you can find and fix the short. Do you have any idea how long your harnesses are? They have several different lengths.

You could move the slide out a little and then wiggle the wiring harness for the side that quits and see if the short will clear enough for you to move it enough to access it.
