Slide out works with remote but switch doesn't

I have spent countless hours researching this issue but I have yet to find anything to help me pin point this issue. My slide out opens and closes just fine with the remote however, when I try and use the slide out switch on my wall it does not work. I have replaced the switch thinking that is the issue but no luck. I checked all known fuses and they all check out. Has anyone one else experienced this issue?

since you say you have a remote you also have a separate circuit board that has the remote receiver circuitry. this board has fuses on it for the slides and perhaps awning and lights. have you check these fuses? they will be on the receiver board, not in the fuse panel.

also, was the switch you replaced a SPDT momentary contact switch? press up to extend, down to retract. did you replace with a like switch?

Can we take it from your user name that you have an EVO 2490?
As ChickDoe said the fuses are likely on the receiver. Do you know where the remote receiver is located?

There could also be a fuse near the slide motor itself for the manual switch.

Most slide switches are DPDT (Double Pole, Double Throw) Momentary, Center off.

I had the same issue on my Forest River Vibe Extreme (2017) I replaced the entire remote control board once and it worked for a while. But during my last outing, I opened the side-out and awning with the manual button and retracted them with the remote controller. After that, the manual buttons quit working again while the remote controller can still operate everything. Trying to figure out what to do next. It cant be the board again (or could it?)
