First, you need to post year, make and model of RV you're asking about, since you don't have it listed in your profile.
Second, if you're talking about the battery monitor panel, you need to test with a hydrometer or multimeter. Since your'e plugged into shore power, the panel will always show full charge. You need to unplug from power and then test the battery after an hour.
Third, slideouts almost always have their own separate 30 amp fuse. My Rockwood had it underneath, along the trailer frame, next to the slideout.
Fourth, depending on the slideout, it should have a manual way of getting the slideouts in.

FIRST: 2019 Prime Time Crusader 382BHS
SECOND: Even if plugged into "shore power" Don't know why slides will NOT work.
THIRD: Can't find any specs showing where the fuse would be. ALL fuses in camper are on. ALREADY checked them.
FOURTH: We have an inverter for the refrigerator.

Re 4th point, there should be a way to manually crank them in / out if you cant get power to them. That's what I would do if I were in a hurry to get them in.

Otherwise, check your battery cut off switch. Are the other 12v item working?

All or just one?
Have a 2017 crusader one slide quit, had to replace moter, if it's like mine no pass through on the frame, you will have to go under and open up the hole they have cut into the bottom cover. It takes a 5/8 ratchet wrench to open and close the slide. Look for about 30 min with the ratchet for both ways. Now if you do have a pass through opening that will be sweet, just use the crank handle that came with the 5th wheel shoukd be in the front compartment.Oh clock wise to open and counter to close, and make sure you disconnect your 12 volts on the battery before you WORK on it,,good luck

As I said in my post, the separate slideout fuse was under the frame, NOT in the fuse panel. I had to crawl underneath to get to it.
There is no such thing, as specs showing where the fuse is located.
