Slide Problems

Went over to our 3170DS, which is in storage to start loading clothing and such for our trip south. The DW wanted to extend the slides to get to the clothes storage and wanted to make the bed up. The kitchen slide opened fine, but the rear bunk and bedroom slide would only go out about half way and then stop. It would retract in but stopped the same while being opened. A look out side the coach found that the anti-billowing device on the topper was bent to h$ll, and was barely hanging on by one screw. This easily came off and then the slide opened easily. However, retracting the slide didn't work, the motor started, the slide moved an inch or so, then nothing. I think luckily we're at a RV dealer, so Monday I'll be there first thing. But as a newbie any idea what's going on here? Thanks for any insight.
