Slide sticking

When I bring my slides in, usually the kitchen slide more than the dining slide, it seems to stick at the top where the seal is. Is there something that I need to do to it, like a lubricant?

There is a slide seal lubricant. Is it sticking close to when it is closed? This may be the flap seal rolling in. Lubrication can not hurt it.

Use the silicone lube outside and baby powder on the inside seals. Keeps them from sticking to each other.
