I 'think' the anti-billow arm is adjustable (I seem to recall an allen screw holding it on my 5th wheel roller or something to that effect?) so maybe it could be rotated slightly back towards the stop. It would still clear by the time it rotates out.
The other thing is... it seems that arm is awfully long. It only has to be long enough to touch any part of the stop on the side of the rig. Could you pull the protective cap off an cut it shorter? Would that even help?
