Slide toppers tensioning

Does anyone know if the slide toppers currently being used by Forest River (We have a 2010 Rockwood Signature Ulta Lite 83215BSS) have an adjustable tensioning system built in ? We have two slide outs with toppers - the smaller one (bedroom) is quite taut, but the larger living area slide topper is very "saggy" , particularly when weather is rainy. Would like to be able to tighten it up just a little when slide is extended.

When I had mine, it was an A & E topper. Below is a link to the installation Instructions. This should help.

If it is under warrenty then you may want to take it back to the dealer and let them check it just in case there is something wrong with it. It is go to check out the link mention above so you can educate yourself for the future.

Double check to be sure the springs just need tensioning, and one isn't actually broken.
