Slideout adjustments help needed

I created a previous post about one of my slides not sealing at the inside top when extended. I tried to adjust it by repositioning the jam nut on the slide rod that pulls in and pushes out. Not much luck. I was looking at the vertical bolt and noticed on that slide it isn't even touching the bracket. See pictures. Others are or close. Not sure what to adjust to pull the inside top out. Ok first the vertical bolts with jam nuts should be tight against up against the flange on the slide box and the jam nuts tightened. Now to bring the top inside out against the seal you need to loosen the two bolts you see in the bottom picture and lower that portion a little using the vertical bolt I mentioned. Only make small adjustments and then recheck. Let the form know how it goes. The day before put some PB Blaster where the flanges meet.

I wrote this some 10 years ago but it does not address your specific issue.

I would try adjusting ONE THING AT A TIME marking with a paint pen so you can put it back exactly where it was when you don't get the desired result. As in the above article, the desired adjustment may be somewhat counter intuitive.
