Slideout will only extent part way

This last week while traveling I experienced a blow out on the drive front tire which is located to just the rear of the middle slide out. I have a Blue Ridge 3780 and this particular slide out is where the bunk area is located. THe other 3 slide outs are working properly. Any suggestions on how to diagnose what the problem is or recommendations on how to make the slide out extend fully. I see not physical damage to the underneath side of the 5th wheel.

I would pull the under covering in the area and make sure something wasn't knocked or bent and is being hidden by the under covering after that you can make a determination why the slide on that side is not coming out
