Slideouts will not move out
My 2016 Cedar Creek F36CKTS fifth wheel has been winterized for 6 months. I am trying to get it ready for the camping season and cannot get my slides to move out. If I push the slideout switch to the "move in" position, I can hear the hydraulic pump trying to move the slides in. Then when I push the slideout switch to the "move out" position, I hear no pump noise. If I move the switch to the "move in" position again, I can hear the pump working. What is causing my hydraulic pump to not work when I push the slideout switch to the "move out" position. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Does the outside switch do the same?

I do not have an outside switch, but I do have a remote control. It does the same thing when I use the remote control as when I use the inside switch.

My batteries are fully charged. My hydraulic jacks are working fine. They extend and retract.

Are you sure? I have a 2016 CC 33IK and have a switch. I have texted with others who have the outside switch. Look where your pump is and you will probably find a switch.

Have you check the switch terminals for proper voltage?
If the pump motor is trying to run in the "in" position but you have nothing when pushing to the "out" position, I'd start by checking voltage at the switch first.

Yes, I do have that white switch next to the pump. I forgot about that. It works when I push the switch on the top of it, it retracts the slides, but when I push the bottom of the switch, it will not not extend the slides. Interesting thing is, when I reverse the orange and white wires on the relay just to the right of the pump I can get the slides to extend but then they will not retract. If I put the orange and white wires back in their original places, I can retract the slides, but not extend them.

Sounds like a bad relay... https://smile.amazon.com/Lippert-118...8269941&sr=8-5

Check the voltage at the relay.

I agree with Dalford, sounds like a bad Trombetta relay.
There was a thread here a while back about the same thing.
Here it is. Trombetta Solenoid Orvan to the rescue

Check your battery cables and terminals for corrosion. I've seen that stop the slides.

The batteries may show a full charge, but have insufficient load capacity. Before I would do anything else, I would take the battery(s) to a place like Advance Auto or Battery Plus and have them run a full check. They should also check specific gravity. Winters can be very hard on a battery if left to completely drain or not used. This should not cost you anything before you start spending money on other things. You can also buy a fairly decent load tester at Harbor Freight for about $35 and do it yourself. Good luck and let us know what you find.

For my slide operation, its suggested to be plugged into shore power to assist the battery's. His problem does sound like a bad relay.

That happened to me this time last year, turned out to be the contoller(back wall of the front compartment). I fought with it for a while, finally took it to the dealer. They confirmed and a little less than $300 and all was good. Same unit by the way, 2016 36CKTS.
Good luck

I have 2016 34RLS and had the same issue and fix as mgas. New board ordered from American Technology and all is good, They will also fix your old one for a spare for cheap insurance.

Since your coach is a 2016 as is my Riverstone, with the remote it is the remote board. Had mine go out this winter. Slideouts would extend but not retract unless I reversed the two control wires at the pump relay, (this would reverse the pump for the retract operation).

We have 2015 CKTS and had same issue several times if it goes into time-out mode. There are three resettable fuses behind the carved plastic on right side of front storage bin, pull it back toward center and you will see where the power wire for the pump is, they are mounted on back wall. Reset them and everything should be good to go. Some times the auto leveling takes to long and it will cause them to open. Never have had any other problems with the pumps or remote unit except the remote unit LOVES batteries. Good Luck

Johne.. before you start spending $$ to start replacing control boards just trace the wires from the outside switch and see if they go somewhere except to the Trombetta relay. Here is a wiring diagram from Lippert manual..
