I think the OP is saying the RV center can't figure it out. I used the Internet thesaurus.

We have a 2013 Georgetown 378. Have had the same problem. Under the steps in the battery compartment you will find two breakers. Do not go by looks only. Press the red button to trip the breaker, a red leaver will come out, press it back in. Do this for both breakers. Next you should see a small box that contains circuit board with fuses on it. On my unit the 15amp fuse, bottom row, far right controls the slides as well. Test this fuse , don't go by looks alone. This has solved our problems each time... Hope this helps.

Most of the time the stated repairs are accurate. There was an occasion where the switch on the wall panel failed. After pulling the panel out if the wall still connected, I took a picture of the terminals to insure accurate reinstall. After disconnecting one of the good switches and installing it in the place of the shorted switch the slide operated correctly. The switches are available from Amazon and the manufacture printed on the side of the bad switch. 2013 352xl

Obviously the Ignition is off, they won't work with the engine running or ignition on. Make sure you didn't turn the key all the way to accessories. Just a Thought.
