Starts and Stops

Plugged in, leveled, and started extending the slide. It stopped almost immediately. The back seemed to want to go while the front didn't. We ordered this unit and took delivery two years ago. We've always held the slide switch a few seconds when extending and retracting and have it garaged when not in use. We've checked for any foreign objects in and out and charged batteries. Coach is plugged into 30 amp in a heated garage. Slide controller is located in an area that is hard to read; however, I saw a solid green light and flashing red before the slide came to a stop -- within a few seconds. I know there are posts about the Schwintek, but we'd like some input before we have to take it to a dealer for major $$$. To make matters worse, we have paid reservations and had planned to leave on the 30th of January. Any help and/or suggestions would sure be appreciated.
