Stop Block for Slide

I own a 2009 Lexington and recently had to have some work done on the dining room slide. The slide was being pulled in too far causing some damage. The repair (besides fixing the damage) consisted of installing a simple 'stop block' on the slide rail. I investigated the two other slides and did not find a stop block on either one. Are all the slides supposed to be equipped with a stop on the rail to prevent the slide from being retracted too far? If so, I'll pursue getting two more and finding a way to prevent loss after installation. Thanks!

Don't know what slide mechanism you have. Ours is Lippert, hydraulic and the adjustment is a set of 3 nuts at the bracket that the ram is connected to on the outter edge of the slide. In and out is set by how these nuts are adjusted. There does not seem to be any stop blocks and non should be needed if the nuts are set correctly on ours.
