Thru-Frame Slideout not Sliding Freely

I have a 2016 Primetime Avenger 28DBS. The slide is in the left side of the camper, is approximately 12’ long and contains the dinette and foldout couch. I believe it is a thru-frame slide out/rack and pinion. I cannot see the motor. I believe it inside the frame rails and the underside of my camper is covered. The manual is Lippart company.

Yesterday I applied power (camper is level and stabilizer jacks deployed) and the slide out began to move outward. Then as it was moving it sounded like the motor began to encounter more resistance than usual until the top of the slide out seem to pop outward, like it stopped moving out, the bottom continued to move out and then the top popped out. Then it operated normally for a few seconds and then it did this again. It happens 3-4 times each time I power the slide outward and once coming in. When it does this, it’s kinda violent when it pops.

Has anyone else encountered this before? I looked in the manual and didn’t find anything describing this nor did I find any kind of maintenance or areas to lube in the manual.

Thanks
