Torn wipe seal

The seal that slides against the side of my slide out has started to tear. I've asked Forest River to help me identify this part so I can order it from the internet. They told me that they can only deal with certified dealers. The dealers I contacted only want me to bring my unit into their shop so they can do the job. Has anyone ever changed those seals and if so, can you send me info as to where you got the seal? I've added a picture so you can see what model it is. I have a 2014 FR3...25DS
