under slideout water

on a 2018 class c forest river 2851 "forester" the slide out is an inch or two higher than the floor it slides over. somehow when it rains water (not a lot but you can see it) is running from outer wall under slide to the middle floor. wall is not wet, ceiling is not wet, pipes are not leaking and dealer claims slide out seal is fine. its still on the warranty. any input on this ?

the slide out is in. looks like a good seal though.
