Uneven Slide Operation & Tv Swivel Mount

New owner of a Rockwood MiniLite 2104s. On our first trip, I noticed the slide does not retract or extend evenly, one side can be 2 to 8 inches ahead of the other, although when opened all the way or closed all the way, it is flush and tight against the wall. The slide in my former rv was not as deep, so possibly this uneven operation is fine and just a symptom of a deeper slide? Appreciate any comments or suggestions.

Also, the tv came pre-mounted to a wall stand, which appears to swivel and move directionally away from the wall it is mounted on. I'm reasonably mechanical, but I can find no way to get the tv to move from it's flat location against the wall, although it looks like this bracket extends and rotates. Thanks again.

Just purchased 2104s. On third time bringing slide in, it came in crooked and lodged on ceiling. One side comes in faster than other. We are not near the dealer. Is there an adjustment that can be made on the road? We noticed that the two large bolts that hold the retracing arm underneath on the far outside of t he slide are not aligned . One is down two inches lower. You can see where the bolt was from the paint. Is there an adjustment that can be made? Also the railing from one drawer in the slide area just fell apart. The bearings popped out. A purchased Home Depot railing of the same size does not fit. Do these drawer rails have to be specific to the trailer? Yes ...we are new to trailers with slides.
