Vertical sag on rear slide

we just purchased a 2012 Roo 23RS. Love the trailer. One thing I noticed was the rear slide is not level when extended. It slopes down apprx 1.5 to 2". I tried loosening the adjustment bolts on the supports and jacking it but is does not seem to move. Is there another adjustment? I am thinking maybe there is a shim on the contact surface between the flange on the slide and the frame but can't find one.

Anyone know how to level the slide?

The rear bed slide Roos/Shamrocks had some issues with the rear slide frame weakening.
FR ended up discontinuing them.
You should have it looked at by a professional.

The 4 bolts attaching the slide to the bunk were loose. They allowed over an inch of play with the bunk extended. Easy fix once I found them. Odd there is no leveling adjustment though.
