Water stains

I am looking at a 2017 Sierra that has water stains under both front living room slides. Should I be concerned? What is that surface material? This unit is 15 hours away from me. Driving there would be a big deal. Suggestions?

Water stains are a huge red flag. They usually signal a leak somewhere and if left unattended they can cause serious deamination issues which can be very costly and time consuming to repair. If I were you, unless the owner can explain and make you feel comfortable that the leak is taken care of and any repairs needed have been made I would pass on taking the drive.
